BRINGING TOGETHER EXPERTS

annual forum

The Second Annual Longevity Forum - November 2019

Our inaugural launch event took place in November 2018 and demonstrated the extraordinary convening power of the Forum, bringing together diverse audiences and different perspectives around a single topic – human longevity.

The Forum featured a range of thought leaders in this space, including Professor Laura Carstensen, Director of the Stanford Center on Longevity (and author of the New Map of Life), Eric Verdin, CEO of the Buck Institute for Research on Aging and Marc Freedman, CEO of Encore.org.

We also hosted panel discussions covering progress in curing the disease of ageing, explored challenges in healthcare, education and work policies, all discussed through an inter-generational lens.

The Longevity Forum flagship event is by invitation only.  If you are interested in finding out more about this year’s events please email info@thelongevityforum.com

The Longevity Forum 2019

our mission

We believe that increased longevity presents the biggest opportunity of the 21st century which will require thoughtful but rapid response to ensure that we as a society can reap the dividends arising from longevity. With every country in the world experiencing an ageing population the individuals, companies and countries which best adapt will seize a substantial competitive advantage. We believe that the United Kingdom could have a significant global advantage in this area due to the unique convergence of skills in the areas of science, technology and finance.
